Straight answers

Why revenue % for affiliates but net % for partners?

Affiliates shouldn't have to audit our costs — revenue is a number you can verify on your own referral. Partners are inside the engagement, see the economics, and share the risk — so a bigger slice of the real profit is the honest deal.

When exactly do I get paid?

Within 2 weeks of NESO collecting the client's payment — never on quotes, only on cash received. Progress payments split pro-rata. Refunds reverse the matching commission.

What counts as my referral?

Anyone who arrives on your link/code, names you at intake, or is confirmed by us in writing — for 26 weeks from their first engagement.

Do I have to sell anything as an affiliate?

No. Introduce, and we take it from there. If you *want* to sell and carry deals, that's the Associate Partner track — different work, much bigger share.

Can I do both?

Yes — the band is per engagement. Refer three things this month, carry one next month.
